It was said that we can send an email if there is anything we need help with, that person will respond and make sure that we are guided through the process. It was also said that if we purchase this 30 challenge now (At the time on the webinar) he will give us an extra 30 days. So we thought okays, we have at least 2 months and 2 weeks to make this work and to become or start our brand new journey in ClickFunnels and hopefully succeed and make ourselves proud, most importantly pick our business up before it falls off the edge - really close. This was on the 23rd of Apr 2020. We only had 1 response but our amount of days are still not added to our account. Very little learning curve! The biggest thing is that it takes very little time to get things off the ground and working for your business. **What do you dislike about ClickFunnels?** There is A LOT of content, so a person could easily be doing so much learning that they could end up not moving forward and get stuck in... INFORMATION CONSTIPATION!!! However, going through things like the OFA Challenge is extremely helpful to jumpstart and get rolling. **Recommendations to others considering ClickFunnels:** Honestly, just jump right in. Don't wait, just do it. There are so many other things that you could do and so much more money you could spend, and none of them would make you as happy as ClickFunnels does. ClickFunnels is revolutionizing how we do business and the reach we have to help more people all over the globe. **What problems is ClickFunnels solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the better part of 14 years, my wife and I were "middle class". We had decent jobs but didn't have great jobs. We lived a good life, but not a great life. Also, we tried so hard to make ends meet, but they always seemed to get farther apart. Then, we met great people who introduced us to an opportunity. We were excited at first but didn't realize how much work a network marketing company is until we were in it. However, we aren't quitters. We pressed on for over a year and had almost no results in our business. We had a lot of personal growth and created some great habits though! We used to be into partying, getting our friends together and drinking all night until we couldn't walk straight, and then nursing a hangover into the workweek. But, we worked on ourselves and made a decision that if we are going to build our business, we have to clean up our act. Our business will only grow to the size of our character, and at that time our character was small. Our business didn't grow any further, even with the positive changes, and then we saw Russel with ClickFunnels. He is such an energizing character and we loved every minute of his videos. Every day there are very well structured sessions that tell you step by step what to do and how to do it. The coaches were amazing, and they were also available in the Facbeook group. **What do you dislike about ClickFunnels?** Some of the coaching sessions became a Q&A for support. It was a waste of time. Morag has been super super helpful!!! **What do you dislike about ClickFunnels?** I the thing I dislike about the challenge is that sometimes there are conflicting view points between Russell, Steve, and Jim. I don't think this is on purpose. But when you are trying to following along, it can become confusing on which advice to take. For example, the way Russell explains the Ephiphany Bridge is a lot different than the example that Steve gives. This is the best way to capture leads and then turn them into paying customers. ClickFunnels has it down to a science to get the user to sign up for a product or atleast give us their contact email. Also going through the process of building your funnel makes you think about the lifecycle of your customers and their journey through your business and that clarity is crucial. **What do you dislike about ClickFunnels?** Overall I am quite happy with the product, however I think the workflow for editing the funnels could be a bit smoother. The ability to easily add common "Blocks" between various funnels, having a clearer custom colour palette, and the ability to edit multiple block properties at once would be massive improvements to the workflow. **Recommendations to others considering ClickFunnels:** Just do it.
