**What do you like best about Click2Coach?**

How easy the software/program was to navigate. Very straightforward and delivers exactly what it promises

**What do you dislike about Click2Coach?**

The one thing I disliked was how long support takes to answer when you reach out. Id like to see the customer service aspect improve in the future.

**What problems is Click2Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that I am solving are the training and recruiting aspect of the company. It's solving a lot and has been extremely beneficial and invaluable to the company.

**What do you like best about Click2Coach?**

We've only used this for reviewing recorded calls and our scores on them, so for that it works fine. 

**What do you dislike about Click2Coach?**

Nothing I can think of, I've never had an issue with it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Click2Coach:**

It seems to work well for what we use it for. 

**What problems is Click2Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just use it to review our call quality scores, and it works fine for that.
