Any time we have had an issue or question, they are able to get after it, especially anything business critical. **What do you dislike about Classy Llama?** Haven't run across anything I dislike, every agency charges for their services, so wouldn't be fair to ask them to charge less, since they are so efficient at solving issues or updating changes. **Recommendations to others considering Classy Llama:** Keep a backlog of updates and tweaks you would like to make, the dev team works quickly and since your paying a monthly retainer, might as well be using their services to make your site better. **What problems is Classy Llama solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helped us launch our new website from a very old platform that allowed us to streamline the process from web orders to move directly into our ERP.
