Not only did it keep costs down (vs other solutions), but allowed for continuity of development as our developer became a partner/consultant with tremendous firm specific knowledge to assist in achieving the best end result. Additionally, the scalability of the software is tremendous. The ability to fine tune and adjust user interface as business needs evolve or customer desires change has allowed us to be viewed as very dynamic and responsive to customer needs (both internally and externally). Lastly, its ability to interface with other business tools (such as DocuSign) for point of sale execution is just one example of how the software has shortened cycle times and eased administrative burdens, allowing for employees to focus on value added functions. **What do you dislike about Claris FileMaker?** At times, the web/internet capabilities were more limited than we would have liked.
