**What do you like best about Cited?**

Unlike other tools in this space that just show you a score, Cited actually tells you what to fix. The self-serve dashboard makes it easy to track how your brand shows up across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Grok  and the improvement recommendations are specific enough to act on without needing a consultant.

**What do you dislike about Cited?**

Nothing really to complain about, everything seems great.

**What problems is Cited solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI-powered search is becoming a real discovery channel for our customers, but we had zero tooling to measure or optimize for it. Cited filled that gap completely. The GEO Score gave us a baseline, Crawl Radar showed us technical issues blocking AI crawlers, and the dashboard tracks our progress. It's like having an SEO platform purpose-built for the AI era.
