A recent heart-stopping moment occurred when a critical company file and a folder of vendor payment spreadsheets seemed to vanish after a macOS cleanup. Our IT support was unavailable, and the pressure was on to recover these files before our end-of-week closing. After a frantic online search, I decided to try Cisdem Data Recovery for Mac. I opened it and were greeted with the simple interface. The deep scan started, then I saw a list of recoverable files organized by file type, more and more were found. I checked the Documents folder, and previewed those sheets that I needed. Then checked the box next to the file and clicked "Recover."
