The best thing I like about Webex is that it can be accessed from anywhere, laptop or phone, without even using an application. It just needs a browser and decent internet connectivity. One thing observed and found more tempting to use is that its audio-video quality is best even if there's poor network connectivity compared to that of Skype. Its optimization level at poor internet quality is better compared to its competitors in the industry. Dialing facility to join meetings when there's no internet saves one from losing important meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that the cases are easy to open and usually resolved fairly quickly. Their support staff is deeply knowledgable in what they do. Also, the articles they have available are very helpful and detailed. Overall the support of our organization has been top notch and has left little to question. Every now and again a case will get lost in the shuffle. That has been frustrating because sometimes I get so busy with fires that I want those cases to be moved forward even then, but now and again one will drop off.
