**What do you like best about Cisco Webex Support?**

Cisco Webex is a reliable platform for running virtual meetings and online sessions. It provides strong security features and well-structured host controls, which are especially helpful for managing larger meetings and maintaining discipline during sessions.

That said, compared to Zoom Workplace, Webex’s interface feels a bit less intuitive for new users. Trainers and learners may need extra time to get comfortable with the platform, which can affect how smoothly live classes are delivered.

Another limitation is the lack of seamless integration with LMS platforms for tracking live class attendance. Smoother integrations and simpler attendance tracking would help organizations monitor learner participation more effectively and spot engagement gaps earlier.

Overall, Webex is stable and secure, but improvements to the user experience and LMS integrations would make it a better fit for learning environments.

Being a Faculty in Engg College I used it for various online engagements. It's really easy compared to others of a similar kind. Meeting scheduling breakout room are also handy.

**What do you like best about Cisco Webex Support?**

The best thing about Webex Support Center is its fast response to customer queries and issues.
The ability to access remote systems and update the end-user system through the cloud is also beneficial for the admin team.
The ability to transfer files directly to the end user's system is also very helpful.
Their customer support team is great and it provides quick resolution to our problems by initiating quick updates if there's a big issue.
Documentation is available, and all of the information is provided in one quick webpage which is really helpful for our team

**What do you dislike about Cisco Webex Support?**

I haven't faced any significant issues during the period I used it. We stopped using Cisco's support center two weeks back as we didn't see a requirement. However, we have noticed that the Webex team takes time to answer on public holidays. When you remotely access a PC, the end user's system sometimes lags, which is a downside.

**What problems is Cisco Webex Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Support Center has helped us with various problems we were facing and also responded to our participant's queries. They never failed to provide us a solution for the issues we were facing. Its remote desktop feature helped us in accessing computers directly and performing updates. However, we didn't see a high requirement for Webex Support Center so we stopped using it two weeks back. We plan on using it if the need arises.

There are several useful articles for problem-solving by yourself.


You can speak with support directly or, if necessary, sales.

The best thing is that you may call support, log a case, chat with an expert, or check the Webex status (reviewing an open incident)

On the basis of the ticket's priority, the support responds rather swiftly.

Additionally, the neighbourhood can discuss various issues or request a remedy.

We stopped using them and shifted to another product provider for our conferencing needs because it was challenging to connect to a live person and the sound quality problems we had (feedback) really couldn't be rectified.

I occasionally get technical difficulties when using Webex on my PC, so being able to access support services from anywhere is helpful.

The support reverts pretty quickly based on the priority of the ticket
You also have the community to engage with different topics or ask for a resolution

Sometimes while using the community, the solutions provided are unverified. The portal is unfriendly, with a lot of options and a lot of categorizations. Other than that, I have a pretty good experience with Webex Support Centre.

- I wish there was a better chat functionality, even though I understand bots are cheaper, I've rarely gotten my question answered by a bot in a complete or quick manner

Troubleshooting common issues encountered when using or hosting a Webex event especially when presenting or switching hosts or any common issues. This has helped us run large company meetings where Teams doesn't have the capacity to host.

Of all the platforms we use as a business (Skype, teams, zoom, and WebEx), WebEx by far is the easiest to use. It does take some getting used to but gives great functionality.

I do think being able to fully utilize WebEx takes some time getting used to, and has a learning curve (not steep per say but it isnt easy compared to some of the other platforms).

The WebEx support center team have come in handy a few times already. With 90%+ of our interviews being WebEx/virtual now we have hundreds/thousands happening each week.

I like the quick reply the most. I'm an interactive person, and I hate when it takes forever to get an answer from customer service for an issue. It is very frustrating. Never happened with webex CS. They are always on top of everything.

In all honesty, there's not much positive to say about Webex. When we started using them, we experienced issues with connectivity and sound quality. The support center wasn't really all that helpful.

It was difficult to connect to a live person and the issues we had with sound quality (feedback) really couldn't be helped, so we stopped using them and switched to another product provider for our conferencing needs.

None. We called the support center to try to resolve the issue with sound quality and there were no acceptable solutions. The feedback issues continued and many of our call participants experienced connectivity issues.

The best function of the Webex Support Center is accessibility from anywhere and from multiple platforms or devices. No need for an application downloaded and you can support users anywhere.

Connections are not always stable and have the occasional disconnection. The disconnectins cause workflows to be interrupted or slowed down, and getting back on track is sometimes out of the user's control.

The best thing I like about Webex is that it can be accesses from anywhere laptop or phone without even using an application.
it just need a browser and descent internet connectivity, one thing is observed and found more tempting to use is that its audio video quality is best even if there's a poor network connectivity compared to that of skype. It's optimization level at poor internet quality are based compared to it's competitors in the industry.

Dialing facility to join meeting when there's no internet saves one from loosing important meetings.

There's nothing as such to dislike except the initial delay in getting connected to the meetings and screen sharing.

Pros : Excellent audio video quality while working from home.
              Dial-in function provided as an option when there's poor internet connectivity.
              Some organization restrict meeting recording function in skype, webex recording function saves you a lot here to capture evry minute detail of the       meeting.

I love that the cases are easy to open and usually resolved fairly quickly. Their support staff is deeply knowledgable in what they do. Every now and again a case will get lost in the shuffle. That has been frustrating because sometime I get so busy with fires that I want those cases to be moved forward even then, but now and again one will drop off. But I did bring this up and they started a meeting up every two weeks where we review cases that are open and this has pretty much solved this issue.

We don't have ALL the knowledge on this team that we need to run the Webex solutions that we have. So this has been a great backfill of the knowledge that we are missing and really has rounded out the corners and they have even helped us train a bit while we are supporting the products. Overall its really helped grow our team in a way that was unexpected.

Webex an excellent product from Cisco helps to schedule meeting. Cisco webex addon can be integrated with Outlook which provides an scheduling assistant.  Meeting can be secured by adding a password, Recipient can let you know if he/she has accepted the meeting or not by pressing accept or decline or tentative button. Upon  integration of cisco webex addon with outlook you will get 15 mins reminder before start of call. Cherry on the top all the calls can be recorded. Recording is sent to the email of the host.

**What do you dislike about Cisco Webex Support?**

Nothing that i disliked about this tool.

Webex is a great tool to schedule and record your meetings. In case of any issue support center executives resolve the issue immediately over call. Moreover you can join webex meeting by using phone they provided toll free number for every country. You only need is to provide the meeting id to join to the call. You can also chat during the webex meeting session. You can share the screen of your computer or share a specific application screen also. I love this tool very much.

We want an solution to record our meetings so to use them as meeting notes, we also record the meeting for Knowledge transfer session o a new employees. We record only once and the meeting session can be viewed by any upcoming new employees. This saves our time.
