Of all the platforms we use as a business (Skype, teams, zoom, and WebEx), WebEx by far is the easiest to use. It does take some getting used to but gives great functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do think being able to fully utilize WebEx takes some time getting used to, and has a learning curve (not steep per say but it isnt easy compared to some of the other platforms). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In all honesty, there's not much positive to say about Webex. When we started using them, we experienced issues with connectivity and sound quality. The support center wasn't really all that helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was difficult to connect to a live person and the issues we had with sound quality (feedback) really couldn't be helped, so we stopped using them and switched to another product provider for our conferencing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
