**What do you like best about Cirrus CRM?**

Cirrus CRM performs is in the simplicity of its use. It is easy to invite new clients and to set up tasks.   The prioritization features are beneficial, as they enable you to direct attention to the most valuable customers and guarantee that none is neglected.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus CRM?**

It is difficult for me to oversee important indicators such as the status of the sales pipeline or conversion rates. This makes it difficult to determine the impact of my sales efforts and penalise for lack of productivity in some areas.

**What problems is Cirrus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cirrus has made management of my clients very easy. It is easy to find all the necessary information on each client, including contact information and activity history. The prioritization tools assist me in keeping track of the amount of time I spend on the leads and clients I think are most important.

**What do you like best about Cirrus CRM?**

I have found the simplicity of organizing work and focusing on daily goals depending on the customer to be effective. I can easily identify priorities and on whom I need to focus more to develop relationship with the best clients.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus CRM?**

I feel that the reporting functionality in Cirrus CRM is rather limited in some ways. I am not able to tell which communication methods give the greater conversion rates, or which accounts are at a high risk.

**What problems is Cirrus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Cirrus CRM, I have been able to work more effectively with my clients. The use of priorities and simplicity of the application to navigate allows me to filter and complete what is pertinent at any given time.

**What do you like best about Cirrus CRM?**

Cirrus CRM has a number of strengths, one of which is its ability to manage tasks and activities in the appropriate order.  This helps me stay on top of the critical accounts and help me avoid losing track of clients that are valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus CRM?**

Cirrus CRM has a poor record in data integration from other applications. This means that it is difficult to relate say, activity data to data on previous sales or calls and tickets without intervention.

**What problems is Cirrus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cirrus CRM assists me in organizing my tasks and handling clients as it provides insight into my work schedule. There are added things that needs to be done and nothing is well coordinated for a complete picture of the clients’ transactions.
