**What do you like best about ChurnGuard?**

I'm using churnguard on my own business and implemented it in a friend's business, and honestly the performance is here : i've been reducing my churn rate from 13% to 3%, saving around 13$ ARR. UI UX is pleasant, the integrations were matching mine, and the pricing is fair for my business with around 230 customers. The onboarding was a little bit "tech" but I went through in around 10min.

**What do you dislike about ChurnGuard?**

I would have liked a live sync function instead of the manual refresh, but still working well

**What problems is ChurnGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had 13% churn in my subscription business and ChurnGuard reduced it to 3% saving anually 13k€ ARR. Every morning I check the dashboard and adress churn risk clients.
