**What do you like best about Church Office Online?**

The companion app that comes with the online system enables us to get helpful information into the hands of our people quickly and easily! It enables us to save crucial time and increase productivity! Great customer support!!!

**What do you dislike about Church Office Online?**

Over the last several years, there have been many added feautures. While these are great features, it also drives the monthly price up even though we don't need many of the new features.

**Recommendations to others considering Church Office Online:**

Do your research and try to negotiate a locked in price. We love the program but the pricing has been a struggle for us.

**What problems is Church Office Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to get old-fashioned records off of computers and cabinets and into the 21st century! We have been able to increase follow up and decrease time researching duplicate information.
