The staff is available and can make the software work in any application That your office uses. **What do you dislike about ChronoScan?** Can not think of any at the moment. It’s still a new product for us. **What problems is ChronoScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seamless pdf, excel, and data scanning ### 2. M-Files export allow us to replace files with the same name in multi-files object. It instantly read barcode from the document. It collect all the data from the document and validate them for us, which is a great feature form a scanner. On more feature which I really like it split the documents on the bases of IDR , we just have to define the software about the front page look and it will automatically split the documents for us. **What do you dislike about ChronoScan?** There is no option for intelligent character recognition(ICR) in this software. Some of its feature requires deep learning other wise it will create problems. **Recommendations to others considering ChronoScan:** I will recommend to use OCR PlugIn of Nuance. It is really helpful with the help of this plugin feature your software will be able to read poor quality documents and will increase your automation . Due to that you can avoid filling data manually in case of poor visible data. **What problems is ChronoScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the help of this we are able to scan our company documents and can work digitally .Due to that is save lots of time for filling documents and capturing it. With the help of IDR we are able to easily search just by page structure. With the help of Tag recognition we can identify certain tag documents easily. ### 3. It can be troublesome. **Recommendations to others considering ChronoScan:** Definitely recommend, especially because its easy to use! It has a few quirks that aren't detrimental to its use and effectiveness. **What problems is ChronoScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am currently not working on solving issues since I don't have time.
