ChiroPulse offers a start up chiropractic office the chance to hit the ground running for a low yearly membership fee. The operating platform is quite basic. This is a no frills system that is the basic framework that most, more advanced programs probably begin with. Once you get a hang of the system's simplicity, operation is simple. This system is SIMPLE. There is no clear way to distinguish the difference in patient ledgers between charges, patient payments, and insurance distributions. This is a black and white operating platform. There is no way to enter automatic adjustments to account for insurance fee schedules.
