**What do you like best about ChiroFusion Complete Practice Management?**

ChiroFusion is a great cloud-based EHR software and you can access it from anywhere. It is very user friendly, adding a new patient is a breeze! I love that you can schedule and access medical records from the same software and not have to switch to a different one. 

**What do you dislike about ChiroFusion Complete Practice Management?**

I do not have any complaints about this software it does exactly what it is supposed to do. 

**What problems is ChiroFusion Complete Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chirofusion is a great software the company I was working for was in the process of switching to it from another software. It was so easy to learn and you really pick it up quick. It is nice to be able to do everything from one software.

Price, SAS, and their customer service is outstanding

cant have more then one view open (schedule and billing) billing is awkward for patient balances 

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroFusion Complete Practice Management:**

There is no perfect software for EHR and billing.  ChiroFusion for the price and customer service I would highly recommend.  

**What problems is ChiroFusion Complete Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy notes (not always my favorite but easy) I like that it is integrated with Office Allie I just wish I would be able to look into OA when I had a billing issue

Reliable/low cost if you're on a tight budget.

Product is not all-inclusive. Adding additional features will be added to monthly fee. I really hate that this is case being the that Chirofusion subscription base EHR system.

Implementing online intakes forms.
