It has been effective enough for me to save money for a trip. Also, the setup was straightforward, which made it easy for me to start using it. **What do you dislike about Chime Workplace?** I don't like how it transitions from premier status when I make enough to reverting back when I don't. It should stay the same. **What problems is Chime Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Chime Workplace to borrow money in emergencies and automate my savings, which helped me save for a trip. ### 2. I cannot assist with employee concerns in that manner. Since the withdrawals come out of the next available deposit of $200 or more, listing a payperiod is confusing to the employee on payday. Although we have tried to implement having a cutoff date for a specific payperiods earnings and for only those advances to be deducted from the check associated with that payperiod, it hasnt been accepted. **What problems is Chime Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, the EWA provider we partnered with had poor customer service. Their algorithms changed frequently, which often led to problems with advance overages and left employees with no remaining deposit on payday.
