We got the new Project Manager who was previously doing other things in their team, and we were his first project. It wasn't all perfect, but I liked how Kristaps pushed through all the obstacles and got the result that we needed. It's understandable that we all learn as we do, but the most important measure is - how you don't give up until you get it done right. Kristaps is a star that shines brighter and brighter. And that's how Chililabs treat each and every member of their team - developers, designers, PMs, etc. **What do you dislike about Chililabs?** I wish the intermediary results were coming in more often - to test and give feedback. Also, there is a room to improve how the requirements are being specified and tracked - what's done and what's not. But it's all a collaboration. **Recommendations to others considering Chililabs:** 1. If you want something to happen in a certain way, just ask, and the team will do everything that you need. 2. If you write something down as a requirement, be prepared that it will be implemented exactly as specified - so be sure to be thorough and ambitious. **What problems is Chililabs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We hired Chililabs to develop a mobile math learning game for kids. ### 2. From the start, I was assigned a dedicated project manager who meticulously oversaw the entire product. We used Slack for seamless communication and Jira to track progress, ensuring that no detail went unanswered. Whenever I had a request or idea, Chili Labs consistently found a way to make it happen or provided an even better solution. **What do you dislike about Chililabs?** There's is actully nothing I dislike about Chili Labs. **Recommendations to others considering Chililabs:** Chili's rates are actually reasonable and beside being in a different time zone communication was great. I would schedule my messages for a later time using Slack. **What problems is Chililabs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a solution for developing my mobile app Evntly, especially after my previous development team left. Chili Labs came to the rescue by transitioning my app from Kotlin to Flutter, which proved to be the perfect choice. This shift not only accelerated production but also reduced costs significantly. As a result, Evntly has experienced a remarkable 40x growth on the Google Play and App Store since the development. ### 3. Also resilience in working with an inflexible backend API service, which took more time to adjust to than expected earlier. **What do you dislike about Chililabs?** There were no dislikes in the active development stage, but in the maintenance stage, only drawback I could mention, is that app would be maintained shared across their whole dev team, not necessarily by the lead developer in the active development stage, which might be in the future more efficient. **Recommendations to others considering Chililabs:** For anyone looking for a reliable and skilled partner in mobile app development, I highly recommend Chili Labs.
