What do you like best about Checksub?

I'm using Checksub to subtitle videos in French and Dutch, and so far I'm very impressed by the resuts of automatic subtitling. Of course, human subtitling would be better, but I'm happy with the results, seeing the quite decent price I paid. Also, the workspace is intuitive and easy to use, and the staff is very friendly and eager to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checksub?
