I like that Check-Inn PMS is simple, reliable, and easy to use, with efficient front-desk operations, quick reservation handling, and strong integration with OTAs and accounting features.

It relies heavily on local installation, requires manual backups and updates, and lacks some modern cloud-based features and remote accessibility found in newer PMS solutions.
