**What do you like best about Chaty?**

Provides a capable receptionist function that can answer basic questions about our operation, access our online booking system directly and transfer the call or leave a message if requested.

**What do you dislike about Chaty?**

It is still challenging dealing with callers who don't like talking to a "machine" and do not understand the capability to have an intelligent conversation.

**What problems is Chaty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a useful customer interface at any hour of the day or night without the hassle of having actual people interrupted to handle phone calls.
