**What do you like best about TRACX?**

TRACX  provides best analytics for you organisation. Scheduling is possible with TRACX. Multiple account management is cherry on the top.
It's is best suitable for startups.

**What do you dislike about TRACX?**

Customer support should provide fast resolution. They take little bit longer time to resolve queries.
Pricing is little bit on higher side.

**What problems is TRACX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They support multiple account management. 
Compared to its peers, analytics provided by them are precise, error-free.

2. They provide better customisation.

**What do you like best about TRACX?**

Tracx is like a one stop shop for my social media needs and with minimal technical knowledge helps me create the best of campaigns with easy tracking. Also it is very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about TRACX?**

There are limited platforms for now. Example, I cannot schedule posts on Pinterest. Also, the audience demographics should have more insights and details. Especially, elaborating on interests, income, etc. to help us understand the audience better so I can tailor the content better.

**What problems is TRACX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Tracx to monitor all my social media engagement. It helps me understand what my customers are talking about, what my competitors are doing, and how are users engaging with my posts. I am able to create tailored posts based on these insights.

**What do you like best about TRACX?**

The best part with it comes to using Tracx is that it is everything under one roof. While I was associated with my last employer, I had a very difficult time showcasing to him about different functionalities of different applications. But when I came across Tracx, it became so easier as we had to workaround just one application and most of our needs were served.

**What do you dislike about TRACX?**

Though it had everything I needed, I think we can work around some of the features which are premium. I understand that's how pricing works but it takes a lot of time to get the approvals from our seniors in the business and all that time is lost as I cannot use the features placed in Tracx.

**What problems is TRACX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whether that be conducting surveys or analyzing them, coming up with a landing page, or visualizing the data to present to the decision-makers in the business, everything is just right with it comes to Tracx.

**What do you like best about TRACX?**

Very convenient to use and UI is pretty good. One can easily navigate to customer requirements and feedbacks. So it really helps to a business to grow quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about TRACX?**

There are still few of the upgrades required. Site needs to be more attractive and informative.Need to expand globally and add different country currencies. Also, need to have to a better way to provide customer experience before buying.

**What problems is TRACX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Though I don't use directly, but have managed it for a business. It really helps to get customer feedbacks and gives a lot of scopes to be better day by day. Thanks to TRACX.

**What do you like best about TRACX?**

TRACX helps in creating visually appealing and insightful surveys. The ease of implementing the surveys using QR codes is nothing short of revolutionary for my firm.

**What do you dislike about TRACX?**

TRACX being no-code leaves little room for customization. Without code, TRACX can solve only so-many marketing needs which are required for a CRM tool. Something like Hubspot is better.

**What problems is TRACX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TRACX is helping me create QR conjoint surveys and draw analytical insights to help my client grow from 10x to 100x. It is a modern up-and-coming tool, but does need some improvements.

The ease with which you can use this in social media marketing makes you fall in love with this platform.

**What do you dislike about TRACX?**

The user interface can be enhanced is what I feel.

LinkedIn publishing testing and Twitter integration and testing projects are in pipeline. And we are testing these tools for that.

**What do you like best about TRACX?**

My experience with TRACX was positive. A firm I consulted for was looking for a simple way to distribute net promoter score (NPS) surveys to customers. It's a very intuitive program.

**What do you dislike about TRACX?**

Two different payment models with the more expensive model being the only one that allows CVS download. This was a bit dissapointing, as the price differential is substantial.

**What problems is TRACX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The firm I consulted for used TRACX specifically for NPS distribution. I understand TRACX has additional capabilities, but they were not used so I cannot speak to those. However, I suspect my positive experience would continue.
