They are far above any other business coaches I have had experience with. **What do you dislike about CharismaQ?** I think the world of all the coaches, so maybe just that I don't get an opportunity with each. Although, I know it's best to have one coach. All are just so amazing, definitely role models that I will strive to be like. **Recommendations to others considering CharismaQ:** Take advantage of their expertise. If you have an opportunity to work with them, just do it! **What problems is CharismaQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** The number one problem CharismaQ is helping me with is my presentation skills. Another significant benefit is the assistance with my personal brand. Katrina shares little tidbits that are easy to use throughout my day. It was so much more than "this is how to do a Zoom call". CharismaQ helped our team prepare to be "live" for a virtual meeting, to consider the message being delivered, and to deliver the content in the best way. CharismaQ also offered 1:1 coaching sessions for our team. **What do you like best about CharismaQ?** I like that the material was easy to implement and it's easy to remember. It was easy to create new habits based on the training - and now I think about my "walk up song" before I get on Zoom or Microsoft Teams to run a meeting. CharismaQ blends the science of what should be in your message with the art of how to present it in a meaningful way. I got a lot out of the sessions I attended. Also, our CharismaQ speaker was very personable and I enjoyed hearing her "war stories". **What do you dislike about CharismaQ?** Since CharismaQ is about helping you present virtually, all the training is virtual. It's good that they lead by example but I'm a people person and I would have preferred to be in a physical classroom with the speaker and the group to receive the training. **What problems is CharismaQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our meetings between the sales team and our insurance agents have gotten a lot more efficient and productive and our sales team has become much more comfortable and effective at being on camera - not as great as a television reporter, but much better than when we started.
