What do you like best about Cerberus?

Cerberus offers a multitude of options to use, but my favorite would have to be the GDS Interface capability that's used in concurrence with our Micros Opera system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cerberus?

Sometimes it is laggy, and the customer support is not always superb. We have sometimes had to wait over an hour for our online reservations to drop in to our system. Sometimes is glitches and we can't track the online reservations unless we log out and log back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
