**What do you like best about Cerberus?**

Working for Cerberus had been exciting and thrilling. The product is very reliable.

**What do you dislike about Cerberus?**

It's technically intense, and some of the features are complex.

**What problems is Cerberus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are connecting the fire panels to the cloud.
It saves time and is very cost-effective.

**What do you like best about Cerberus?**

Cerberus offers a multitude of options to use, but my favorite would have to be the GDS Interface capability that's used in concurrence with our Micros Opera system. 

**What do you dislike about Cerberus?**

Sometimes it is laggy, and the customer support is not always superb. We have sometimes had to wait over an hour for our online reservations to drop in to our system. Sometimes is glitches and we can't track the online reservations unless we log out and log back in.

**What problems is Cerberus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the most part, Cerberus has great features. We use it for our online reservation integration into our Micros Opera system. I do like the remote access feature, as I don't have to be at my Front Desk computer to look at what reservations we have booked.

When using Cerberus, all of the customer information is in front of you.

**What do you dislike about Cerberus?**

Placements of certain tabs could be put in easier places to find.

**Recommendations to others considering Cerberus:**

The easiest software I’ve ever known.

Customer orders and trying to process returns.
