Being able to isolate it and work through it on a per vendor basis. Also attaching the PDF into netsuite directly is a great time saver, instead of having to drag and drop invoices into box. It is attached directly to the bill. It is a great central hub for invoices to exist and work within as opposed to having navigate multiple tabs in shared drives. **What do you dislike about Centime?** There are still some bugs, sometimes when I add several invoices and am working in a session a long time, it can boot me out. It isn't a huge issue but it does slow down the workflow just a tad. It also gets some coding / departmental stuff wrong or is not filled in at all. I think this may be a new feature and is being worked on but still could be improved. **What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping keep all of the invoices within netsuite. We have had issues with BOX, where we keep all of our companies documents and sometimes it would go offline and I am essentially unable to even work on things or access them. This way I can just pop open netsuite and work. Another thing is skipping the whole adding an invoice copy as backup in netsuite, I can just goi through the invoices and post them as I please and I know it will be available under communications later. ### 2. It took my team less than a week to learn the platform and get comfortable with how it works. The integration with Centime has also been seamless. For example, we have 16 entities under our parent company, and Centime has been able to integrate 6 entities so far. We’re now testing the remaining 10 entities, and the connection to Sandbox has been great. Overall performance has been strong. We haven’t run into any sync issues that became major hurdles to overcome, although we don’t expect perfection. From a pricing/ROI standpoint, Centime has been worth it so far. Their pricing has been very competitive compared to other AP automation platforms. Since they are embedded in NetSuite, that was a tremendous deal for us because NetSuite is our ERP system, and it has made things a lot easier. Support and onboarding have been phenomenal. The team has been extremely supportive and attentive to our needs and questions, so kudos to them. The AI intelligence is also great—my team has reported that over the last three weeks, the AI has been able to capture and remember coding, which is excellent. I highly recommend Centime. **What do you dislike about Centime?** At this time, I do not have any dislikes. **What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?** We struggled with not being able to see which entity we were working in, since our setup is structured by individual entities rather than being consolidated. We requested an enhancement from Centime to make it clear which entity the team was working out of. They jumped on it right away, and we’re expecting the enhancement to go live this month. I also like that there’s a manual button to sync to NS if you don’t want to wait for the hourly sync, which is really useful. Centime’s CS team responds quickly to new tickets. That said, follow-up times can vary, and that inconsistency can be frustrating. The user interface is straightforward and easy to use for both the Accounting team and approvers. Uploading new invoices to Centime is very simple, and they show up in the dashboard within about a minute. It takes a decent amount of time to get all payments selected, and interacting/manipulating the data from the table can be painful at times. **What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that we had was how long it would take payments from when we approved them to be sent to when vendors would actually receive payments. Centime provided us the option to use Same Day ACH, which isn't widely available with other companies with similar solutions, which was the biggest thing we wanted solved. ### 8. While they are a newer player, their service is unbelievable and have been working with me and my team consistently to improve, fix, and tweak issues. While there are always issues with new vendors and software, Centime's customer services is amazing. No vendor is perfect, as much as they try to sell you they are and I'm certain some of the bigger players would not be nearly as accommodating . The ease of implementation was great as well. I'm happy we made the switch. One other big thing - no other vendor would allow me to pay with my corporate AMEX to vendors, which Centime can, which is huge. **What do you dislike about Centime?** Not a ton - some kinks here and there, but overall it does what we want it to do. **What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payables. So much easier than keeping a spreadsheet. We get nearly 600 invoices a month that an accounting clerk was putting into QB manually. While some of the invoices aren't recognized correctly, they are working to fix it when it happens. Payables is a huge time savings. ### 18. It is really easy to implement, and can be as simple as "flipping a switch". **What do you dislike about Centime?** They sync can sometimes create issues. Therefore we relied on the customer to key in the amount due AND the invoice number they were paying. Then in Intacct, we had a team of 3 people manually applying the payments in Intacct for accurate AR records. However, a lot of times the customer miskeyed the invoice number and/or amount, and we spent much time guessing where to apply the cash (and later reversing & recorrecting if we were wrong). With Centime, the customer is selecting which invoices to pay, and Centime is providing the amount to pay so there are no errors. Centime is applying the cash in Intacct, so little manual work is required from our team. ### 26. It also is giving sight of an overall picture of AP, quick and easy for anyone to reference. My department is very small, so everything I can automate is a win for my time and the company's resources. Before Centime, I would pull reports from Quickbooks and manually calculate some KPIs that are native to Centime's dashboard. I spend most of my time in the Receivables module, and have loved the ability to adjust the expected date of payment and immediately see how that will impact our cash position.
