**What do you like best about Centime?**

We went from a manual AR/AP process to fully automated through Centime in very little time. We've cut the time of outstanding invoices down dramtically. The support team has also been very attentive to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

None that I can think of currently. It has been pretty simple to get integrated with our QBO and we got it running efficiently.

A clear vantage point into our cash positions many months out. Makes it easier to make strategic decisions for staffing and for allocating funds across the company.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

Prior to using Centime we were 100% manual on entering and approving all invoices. Centime is a fantastic AP automation tool that streamlined our invoice processing and payment workflows. Its intuitive interface and seamless integrations make managing accounts payable more efficient, reducing manual work and improving accuracy. The automated approval processes and real-time cash flow insights helped our business stay on top of our finances effortlessly. Overall, Centime is a game-changer for companies looking to optimize their AP operations and enhance financial control. Highly recommended!

**What do you like best about Centime?**

After reviewing multiple different AP automation software platforms, I decided to move forward with Centime.  While they are a newer player, their service is unbelievable and have been working with me and my team consistently to improve, fix, and tweak issues.  While there are always issues with new vendors and software, Centime's customer services is amazing.   No vendor is perfect, as much as they try to sell you they are and I'm certain some of the bigger players would not be nearly as accommodating .   The ease of implementation was great as well.  I'm happy we made the switch.  One other big thing - no other vendor would allow me to pay with my corporate AMEX to vendors, which Centime can, which is huge.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

Not a ton - some kinks here and there, but overall it does what we want it to do.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payables.  So much easier than keeping a spreadsheet.   We get nearly 600 invoices a month that an accounting clerk was putting into QB manually.   While some of the invoices aren't recognized correctly, they are working to fix it when it happens.   Payables is a huge time savings.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

I really like the notes function the best. This saves me so much time tracking what I have already actioned on each invoice. I also really like the reminder emails and statements. Sometimes a customer will reach out in response to a Centime notification even if I hadn't been able to reach them myself previoulsy. I use the system every day. It is really easy to implement, and can be as simple as "flipping a switch".

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

They sync can sometimes create issues. These are usually bugs that get fixed when I report them to CS.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centime allowed us to dump an old process of reporting collections weekly during meetings to being able to report in real time without using excel and massive amounts of formatting. It has saved me 10 to 15 hours a week.

All invoices may be entered and synced with QuickBooks Online no matter how they are paid.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

Sometimes it does not recognize the saved payment account and it has to be reset. This happens randomly.

Centime is our bank's chosen business bill pay system. All invoices now go through one system. Different people are assigned to upload and approve payments which makes our auditors happy.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

I love the customer service our team has been graced with since starting with Centime. We have never had to wait long for a response from our Centime Specialist and they are always eager to assist. The integration was a simple process and we quickly learned how we could imlement all the tools Centime had to offer on our day to day Cash Flow Management. Centime is a practical day to day software.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

As a team we do not like that changes we make have to be made at the project level instead of the changes we make at the parent level being implemented also at the project level.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centime has solved the gap we had between our company and our customers. We are now able to track payments recieved and send our reminders with a reoccuring frequency every month. These notices have proven to encourage our customers to remit payments on time. Centime has also helped in tracking overdue payments, paid invoices, and the payment remittance trend of each one of our customers.

We're sorry that you've experienced an issue with syncs. Our Quickbooks customers generally report that the sync works well in most cases. There are certainly cases where postings might fail due to various reasons (for example when an accounting period is closed).

Centime is a native software that directly connects to NetSuite. This means invoices, bills, bill payments, and other AP-related items will sync seamlessly. Each section has tabs for various tasks, allowing you to easily navigate to the page of interest.

Their customer support is readily available to assist you with any questions or issues. 

Setting up approvers and reviewers are just few clicks away.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

Having too many tabs can be confusing, especially when you're urgently trying to access historical data. While historical data should be available for approvers, this feature is still in development.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forwarding emails that contain invoices and keeping the invoices attached to each bill really helps and adds efficiancy in my day-to-day task.

-I think the only thing missing from Centime is the ability to impersonate a customer on the off chance a customer is having an issue with the system

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers were using a different payment portal that did not link to our system. Therefore we relied on the customer to key in the amount due AND the invoice number they were paying. Then in Intacct, we had a team of 3 people manually applying the payments in Intacct for accurate AR records. However, a lot of times the customer miskeyed the invoice number and/or amount, and we spent much time guessing where to apply the cash (and later reversing & recorrecting if we were wrong). With Centime, the customer is selecting which invoices to pay, and Centime is providing the amount to pay so there are no errors. Centime is applying the cash in Intacct, so little manual work is required from our team.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

Centime is user friendly and the Centime team has been fantastic with tailoring it to our specific business needs. There is a natural flow to the invoice processing and their are multiple ways to few or access different components. The integration was very simple with little effort on our part as we already had/used NetSuite. The training provided by the Centime team A+! When using Centime, it greatly reduces the amount of manual labor in processing invoices, has checks and balance to double check for errors and makes payment vendor payments a breeze!

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

In using Centime I have just found little features that I find to be a bit annoying but again, the Centime team has been great trying to customize it for our needs. For example, in the date field you have to use the calendar rather than being able to type in the date. Another is after you pass the intial invoice review screen, you loose sight of your PO number.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the amount of manual labor in invoicing processing with 3 way matching, invoice image uploading and autopopulation.  It also is giving sight of an overall picture of AP, quick and easy for anyone to reference. While I am not using the approval process to it's full capability, when I do, that will be a huge time saver also.  Making payments drastically cuts down the manual labor as I do not have to deal with physical checks that I send out.

I love how easy the system is to use. Within a few sessions, the different applications were becoming easier to find and explore! The automation seems to be picking up very fast and adjusting to our needs!

That we did not implement sooner! This has been such a time saver for us - and will only continue to get better with more use.

Time! With invoices that have multiple pages on them, Centime is able to read those and code them exactly how we are needing - the system is trained very fast!

**What do you like best about Centime?**

Truthfully nothing really separates it from other payment processing softwares. We use it at the basic, i.e. to send invoices to customers and allow them to make payment. This works most of the time, which is expected.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

There are often multiple issues each month with transactions (e.g. deposits) not sycning into NS or other missing transactions. Sometimes this is due to chargebacks where then Centime withholds payments received from other customers which causes confusion in our reconciliations.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It collects payments from our customers.

Centime makes it easy to keep track the status of invoices both current and past due, updating directly from what is in QuickBooks. The workflows are very helpful by automating some of the manual emails we send on a weekly basis. The Centime team has also been a great help and always will to answer any questions we may have or to help find a solution for any issues.

The only thing I dislike about Centime is that the emails CC'd in Quickbooks do not pull into Centime and edits directly in Centime can break the sync.

Centime has helped reduced the workload for our AR process. What would normally take anywhere between 4-6 hours a week, we are now able to accomplish under an hour. Grateful and excited for the additional help!

There is nothing to dislike, but there have been some minor errors when Centime's trying to pull info from Intacct. Nothing that hasn't been easily fixed.

The Onboardoing Support was Amazing!  There were challenges but they were taken care of in a timely manner.  The AI is much better than we expected.

We are still relatively new to the platform, there are some actions that are not intuitive, and coming from bill.com, there were some processes we needed to review and change. Some expected others were not.

What I like best about Centime is its full forecasting feature, which really sets it apart from other competitors we were researching. The tagging feature is also very useful, allowing us to group customers effectively. Additionally, the AI that calculates when we can expect payments based on historical data is incredibly helpful for managing our cash flow.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

The initial setup can be somewhat complex and time-consuming. It takes a bit of effort to get everything configured correctly and train the team to use all the features effectively. Additionally, occasional glitches in the system can disrupt the workflow, but these are usually resolved quickly by the support team.

Centime is helping us improve our collection efforts and enhance our cash flow forecasting. By accurately predicting when we can expect payments based on historical data, it allows us to better manage our cash flow and plan for the future.

How helpful Centime employees are and their willingness to get you set up on a campaign and see it past launch. It also has improved our AR collections process drastically reducing manual components. In addition, that it synced over to QBO & Sage Intacct with mulitple banking options for the pay module.

If I didn't have help setting it up, I would have been lost. I think it could be easy to figure out once you play around in Centime, however, I luckily had help setting up our first campaign.

Our collections process was extremely manual. Centime has helped remove the time contraint I faced of AR collections each month.

The Centime support team is responsive and always willing to work with us on developing solutions to any issues that we may come across in the course of our day to day cash management operations. The platform is also frequently used by our customers as it is easy to use.  Furthermore, implementing and integrating it with Netsuite was a straightforward excercise.

The platform is constantly undergoing improvements so there is still plenty of room to grown and to streamline it's cash management features.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

Centime is a must-have for collections and has helped to significantly reduce time spent on this tedious task.   The Receivables module provides highly customizable, automated reminder campaigns, convenient payment links where customers can pay by credit card/ACH, and the ability to record collections notes and promised payment dates to help with cash management.  With enough historical data, the platform can also help identify whether customers are good or late payers and predict payment dates, which feeds into better cash forecasting. 

In addition to platform functionality, the customer success team is top-notch.  They are very knowledgeable about the product, proactive, and incredibly responsive to questions and concerns.  The onboarding process is well organized, so we got up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

Nothing at this point.  We had a collections pain point, and Centime solved it.  Any concerns we've had have been addressed, and the company regularly keeps us apprised of features on the product roadmap.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had horrible accounts receivable KPIs.  Centime helped us with more efficient and effective collections efforts, which put the company in a better cash position.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

Centime takes time to explain things thoroughly and accepts our feedback. Even as far as implementing new features that we believe are helpful. Anthony and his development team are very quick at responding to emails and takes the time to understand our issues.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

My only dislike is that I cannot sync the system in my role. I am dependent on our CFO. HOWEVER, Anthony and his team have tried to get it resolved many times. So it isn't a centime issue per se.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that it is a simple upload and approval process. It makes it easy to see who is holding things up.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

The team is extremely responsive, which is one of the most crucial aspects to me when implementing a platform, particularly one that has not been around for a long time. A small perk is that they also have a blog and webinars, so they want to educate their users, which is an added value.

The system itself is very easy to navigate and the task automation (invoice reminders, AP approval) that is already available saves me a lot of time. My department is very small, so everything I can automate is a win for my time and the company's resources.

Before Centime, I would pull reports from Quickbooks and manually calculate some KPIs that are native to Centime's dashboard. 

I spend most of my time in the Receivables module, and have loved the ability to adjust the expected date of payment and immediately see how that will impact our cash position. The same is true for the Payables module. 

Finally, the price is great and was the best I could find for a platform that integrates AR, AP, and Cash Flow Management. As Centime grows and continues to add features, this platform will be a value add not only to our department but to our clients as well.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

The product is still fairly new so the team is still fleshing out all of the features and integrations. However, they took the initiative to meet with me to walk through their roadmap for the next year and they have a lot of exciting things on the horizon.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centime helps me automate tasks, particularly with AR and Cash Flow Forecasting, that were a burn on my time. I am now freed up to concentrate more of my time on more important tasks.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

Centime has significantly impacted the speed of our AR collections and cash projections with customizable notifications for our customers. Setting up specific campaigns for our customers and even keeping the sales team informed about collections progress was easy. They also have highly engaged and helpful customer service team members who keep us informed of upcoming product enhancements. They went above and beyond helping us onboard and optimize the platform for our use.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

There are some limitations to the software. It does require manual coding within the system, not an option yet to upload a .CSV file of customer or cash flow mapping. Also, there is the ability to leave notes on specific accounts but that doesn't prompt an email to the user, which would be helpful.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centime has significantly reduced manual effort and required follow-up with our customers for AR collections. We saw a 26% reduction in the number of overdue invoices after 4 months using the automated reminder campaigns. And we're spending 6-8 hours less per month on manual customer communications and more quickly able to alert our sales team of issues.

The A/R campaigns automate the emails going to our clients for past due invoices.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

I don't like that I have to go into a separate application within Netsuite.  I tend to end up having to go back and forth often.

Centime is automating some of our accounting processes.  We are a growing company so this will allow us more time to focus on other things.

**What do you like best about Centime?**

The AR automated portion is what seems to be the best for us but we have yet to unlock the full potential of the software use. The support from the Centime side is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

The software is pulling some random invoices as past due which is frustrating sometimes but this is still new to us so this will hopefully be worked out the farther into this we get.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is valuable and this saves me time and keeps us everpresent in the inboxes of our customers. The reminders mean i do not have to go in and manually send out over due invoices.

The ability to aggregate customer and vendor spend into summary categories vs relying on QBO categorization.  They are open to customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

It's a newer product and so it's positively evolved since I began using it 6m ago but occasionally there are some kinks, but timely resolution.

Constant manual update of Excel model of predictions and mapping of cash flow

Automation of customer collection emails as well as the ability to review and approve AP payments within the portal

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

Some functionality is still lacking, but I know it is coming on the roadmap in the next few quarters.  Items such as syncing new vendor ACH information to prevent duplicate entries and the customer payment portal will be great additions

By approving and paying vendor invoices directly from the platform, Centime is eliminating the need to manually enter customer payment information into the bank which can lead to errors

**What do you like best about Centime?**

The invoice capture, the AI based learning for coding the invoices and assisting with consistency of departments, and the cash flow insights are all positives of Centime.

**What do you dislike about Centime?**

I wish the PO matching was already in place.  I have high hopes for this feature.  I would like some ability for reporting and exporting reports in Centime.  My invoice approvers need to be able to enter notes in Centime whether it is related to rejecting an invoice or just something that needs to be captured in the system.

**What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am looking at my cash flow in a different manner.  I like seeing the comparative KPI to prior year.  My purpose to use Centime was to automate invoice capture and storage.  Using the payments feature was not originally in my scope.  Realizing the value and time savings that can occur, we are pursuing that usage as well.

Like that the implementation of their solutions is at the company's pace, not theirs.

nothing at this point as we are in the process of implementing their other solutions.

The biggest problem Centime is looking to solve is the manual process of contacting customers if a payment is late.

If I do have a problem, the staff is very responsive and the issue is always fixed.

Honestly nothing.  We are still working through bugs, but they are always addressed promptly.
