**What do you like best about Cavalry?**

Level of service, attention to the brief, finding very capable and dedicated resources, not 'heavy handed' with their approach and positive feedback from both sides of the experience

**What do you dislike about Cavalry?**

Nothing really to dislike. Software platform is evolving which is expected from a start-up and this is supplemented by strong and attentive account managers.

**Recommendations to others considering Cavalry:**

Lean on your account manager, they will work hard to find the right people.

Not your typical 'recruiter' and they have many options that they can work with you on to get the right people for the job or project you have.

**What problems is Cavalry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding good local talent that either operate within the gig economy or at looking for more permanent  positions.

With the ability to deliver capable talent, we have been able to better deliver on projects and build a strong senior team.
