Mapping product attributes to customer-specific templates is efficient and repeatable, and once the setup is complete, managing SKU loads, exports, and data delivery becomes seamless. This has eliminated countless manual Excel processes and significantly reduced the risk of errors. The ability to use custom calculations for product mapping has also been a major time-saver, helping us accurately manage thousands of SKUs at once. Catsy’s DAM and asset management functionality is just as impressive. Organizing, managing, and distributing digital assets alongside product data keeps everything aligned and up to date. It is flexible to set it up with your product category structure and with as many attributes per product that you need. Our platform support contact is excellent - very knowledgeable on the platform and readily available to discuss any issues or ideas to improve the platform. We have not gone live yet, so I can't speak to that functionality yet. **What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM?** There can be glitches in the platform with things that are supposed to work and do not - however, the support staff is generally quick to fix them. Development of any new functionality you want can take a very long time and/or Catsy may say no to the idea altogether. What's even better is how user-friendly it is. Every feature, interface and interaction within the tool has been crafted with usability in mind and it is so flexible, malleable, and customizable, the options truly are endless. Their team is knowledgable, responsive and happy to hand-hold even the slowest of clients, and its been a real pleasure to work with them to implement the tool. **What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM?** The tool is complex so it definitely takes some time to learn everything and become fully comfortable with it, but that's to be expected with any new software. This includes the sales team, our account manager, developers, and helpdesk. They listen to their customers and problem solve quick solutions. **What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM?** As we have worked with Catsy, we have identified a few bugs, but our account manager has been quick to get them resolved. We are also looking forward to increased usability with different roles within our company. **What problems is Catsy DAM & PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Catsy is our DAM/PIM. We use it to manage all our internal product data as well as our external data for customer syndications.
