Pitch process could be a little more creator friendly.  The for,at is due an upgrade.

Many opportunities for experienced consultants and project managers.

**What do you dislike about Catalant?**

No feedback about why your pitch has been declined.  It seems as though you must have large, brand name consulting experience to have any success on the platform.

**What problems is Catalant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is not currently benefiting me.  I have experience in many of the areas the hiring companies are looking for, yet I have not been contacted to discuss.

easy to use platform with a variety of available talent, including those with PE experience

**What do you dislike about Catalant?**

algorithm sometimes suggests talent that is not a fit for the project or industry

gaps in skills, abilities, and/or bandwidth on the existing team
