Compared to other database I use (and this is a lot), I find this is the easiest to make sure the data I have is correctly transferred and inputted into the database. In each visit the concomitant medication and adverse events are green in each visit even when nothing has been documented. I sometimes get mixed up and think I have entered data when I have not. I liked how it flags missing entries. Normally I have used paper CRF and it's always easy to miss something or not realise some data (like med hx, AE follows etc) need future review. Castor really helps with this. Also the "paper trail" for changes in CRF entry are really good for documentation accountability and maintaining GCP. I also like how you can build surveys etc in and that these can be completed via a link sent to participants. These data is then sent to CASTOR and then entered into the CRF data. That was a bit annoying.
