**What do you like best about CaseFlex?**

CaseFlex is much easier, it gives a complete tool for case management, including litigation support services, document management and eDiscovery. A final undertaking, in theory, should be a legal manager who is the one who takes care of every part of a case.

**What do you dislike about CaseFlex?**

The overwhelming amount of detail just adds to the chaos. From my point of view, the interface is dreary and confusing, so I may not be able to get the exact work done easily. Operating the program many times calls for ample classroom training or time spent on tutorials, which not only slows down the work but also imposes other stresses.

**What problems is CaseFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CaseFlex is just as strong as its use, but it is hard to cope with the complexity of this system. The time which could have been otherwise devoted to addressing my clients' issues could have been all used up in figuring the computer interface. A straightforward and easy to comprehend method would be a welcome change from the status quo.
