**What do you like best about Carts Guru?**

Carts Guru is the only shopping cart abandonment retargeting platform that is able to reach website visitors on multiple channels, including email, sms, and facebook

**What do you dislike about Carts Guru?**

Carts Guru is not able to automatically push email addresses collected on the site into our email service provider. This means you will have to manage unsubscribe requests separately in the two platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering Carts Guru:**

After looking at many competitors, Carts Guru was the provider that offered more features related to shopping cart abandonment and retargeting in general.

**What problems is Carts Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carts Guru solved the problem of non-converting customers after 1st visit. Increasing revenue substantially after implementation going live.
