You have when Alexa ranks are being updated, stores profiled and more. This is deeply integrated into our account process - and this team delivers uarter after quarter. **What do you dislike about CartInsight?** Personal Human-based research takes time - but it's worth it. **Recommendations to others considering CartInsight:** Do not waste you time and money on alternatives. This is the only service we've found that works and works consistently. **What problems is CartInsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to find contacts at organizations that fit certain (always changing) requirements. ### 35. This saves time by cold calling and trying to find customers that fit your niche. **What do you dislike about CartInsight?** Haven't really came across an issue with the platform. **Recommendations to others considering CartInsight:** I would definitely refer colleagues to use this software to acquire customers **What problems is CartInsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** With CartInsight, it saves a lot of time with our sales agents from having to cold call and knock on doors trying to find customers who sell online. The software breaks down which platforms they are selling on with client contact info. ### 36. Without CartInsight it is hard to find information for online stores and very time consuming and with the nature of online sellers most purchased lists are worthless as the data is extremely outdated or is made up of stores who are not worth trying to sell or market to. With CartInsight we can create targeted lists for campaigns and download the data in minutes. Vaibhav, the CEO, is one of the most accessible and helpful executives I have had the pleasure to work with. He is willing to help and works hard to ensure we have a good experience with his business, tools and team. **What do you dislike about CartInsight?** Although we can easily download store data, contact data is in CartInsight and can be viewed but doesn't seem to be downloadable and this would be extremely valuable for us to be able to obtain in addition to the store data. Also, we have had issues with the count of downloads. Just be aware if you download the same data or list twice it counts towards your download limits. One thing that would make CartInsight better would be support. There is no support number or knowledge base which makes getting support very difficult as everyone's schedules are very busy and you have to schedule time based off of a calendar and needs/schedules are constantly changing. It can be a bit frustrating to not be able to search support articles/knowledge base or call a support line/submit a case when you need help right away. Also, an integration to Salesforce.com would be great as its the market leader for CRMs. **Recommendations to others considering CartInsight:** Good database but lack of support **What problems is CartInsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procuring prospecting lists for e-commerce/online stores. Able to create targeted lists and download easily. ### 37.
