**What do you like best about CartHook Checkout?**

It allows us to truly customize the checkout page by having a separate checkout page for various channels and segments of customers. It also allows us to (with some custom code) place our subscription product in their one click upsell offering. We also like the drag and drop editor for the one click upsell.

**What do you dislike about CartHook Checkout?**

They are deprecating this product and moving to just be a Shopify app. This severely limits their ability to do things and the support levels that they are giving customers currently on this product is waning significantly.

**What problems is CartHook Checkout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to make more money due to being able to accept various payment types using our ideal processor (Braintree) and are able to use all of these for our subscription product as well as individual sales.

**What do you like best about CartHook Checkout?**

One page checkout hopefully improves the conversion rate. You can customize the page freely.

**What do you dislike about CartHook Checkout?**

There are some bugs when doing the checkout pages because there a lot of cases that the live page and page on the editor looks different.

**What problems is CartHook Checkout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The default and other checkout apps process takes 3 pages for the customers to place order. With carthook you can have 1 page to complete the checkout.

**What do you like best about CartHook Checkout?**

I like how a customer is recommended additional products when they are in the checkout page. It definitely helps improve sales all around without having to do much work.

**What do you dislike about CartHook Checkout?**

The different plans can be a bit pricey.. might not be a smart investment for a start up.

**What problems is CartHook Checkout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ways to upsell via a website without having to have contact a customer to upsell.
