I like that they are structured in a very professional manner, in this way is easier to manage the risk of outsourcing this service which is highly sensitive any provider's faults. Given their position as an incumbent in the market, my worry is that the competition will eat their share of the pie given the innovation-driven market competition pushing from many angles.
