"Solves all your compliance needs at ease!"

What do you like best about Caralegal?

Our primary concern when selecting was to ensure the comprehensiveness to cover all our compliance needs, yet remaining an easy to use platform for all employees. Caralegal had everything I needed from processing activities over risks to deletion concepts, it was the most comprehensive software we evaluated without just saying “you can create your own templates”. All the legal concept work is already done. When we onboarded our team though, we were really impressed as no one complaint about compliance. They rather were surprised by the ease and smart legal assistance due to the user-friendly interface. Having worked over a year with the software we get happier every day as caralegal is developing on a fast and secure path into new fields. E. g. we just upgraded to not only use the strengths within the privacy and vendor processes (they call it flows) but also within risk management and ai governance.

To summarise, despite its robust features, caralegal is intuitive and accessible, making it easy to navigate even for those who aren’t privacy specialists. It effectively combines depth and simplicity, allowing us to manage complex data protection tasks without the software feeling cumbersome. In my experience, Caralegal delivers a powerful, comprehensive solution that enhances our compliance processes while being straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caralegal?

A year ago they didn’t have something for the ropa 2 (Art. 30 Abs. 2) but now they have it even connected to the ropa 1 which is automating so much work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
