The best thing I like about this platform is that it provides free trial to its users to understand their whole working concept. Also, the prices of using this platform is very cheap. **What do you dislike about Capturly?** So far it has been good except that it does not save the recorded data if you decide to switch back to free plan anytime. So, a little improvement can be done here. **Recommendations to others considering Capturly:** Its the best platform out there in the market. Easy to use, great service and fast replies by customer support and lots of options. Beforehand, we we're using Hotjar, however this had a bug with our Magento version. Capturly is easy to install, similar in pricing and didn't glitch with our e-commerce website.
