**What do you like best about CaptiFi?**

I love how CaptiFi makes things super easy, it's literally plug and play. Capturing customer data is great and it grows my marketing lists for advertising. The automatic follow-ups with guests save me so much time, allowing me to focus on marketing from the output it gives me. The fast and easy usability of CaptiFi makes it a pleasure to use, and the communication with the CaptiFi team is excellent. I appreciate the value CaptiFi adds to my business beyond just WiFi, with branded login pages that look so professional and modern. It's great that it turns something every venue offers into a powerful marketing tool without any complicated installs or technical headaches that I've found with other companies.

CaptiFi makes installing guest Wi-Fi super easy and is literally plug and play. The level of control it gives me, especially the auto reminder for guests to leave a Google review!

**What do you dislike about CaptiFi?**

Nothing really, it does everything we need and more.

**What problems is CaptiFi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works brilliantly in our holiday let (cawsandcottage.com) down in Cornwall. 

Our guests don’t have to search for passwords when they arrive, they just select the network and start using.

We get access to the guest’s email address (normally held back by the rental agency) so that we can offer reduced rates or last minute breaks.
