CaptiFi is a plug-and-play guest WiFi marketing platform designed for hospitality venues, Airbnbs, cafés, bars, and leisure spaces. It connects to an existing internet network and transforms guest WiFi into a powerful marketing and data capture tool. When guests connect to the venue’s WiFi, they are presented with a branded splash page where they can log in using email, social media, or simple form entry. This allows businesses to capture customer data, grow their marketing list, and understand who is visiting their venue. CaptiFi automatically collects guest contact information, builds customer profiles, and enables venues to send follow-up emails, promotions, and review requests after a visit. This turns everyday WiFi usage into a channel for customer engagement, repeat visits, and measurable marketing. The system works with existing access points and networks, requiring no complex installation. A small CaptiFi device can simply be plugged into the network, making deployment fast and scalable for single venues or multi-location businesses. Key capabilities include: • Branded WiFi login pages • Email and customer data capture • Automated post-visit marketing emails • Customer insights and analytics • Integration with existing WiFi infrastructure • Simple plug-and-play deployment for smaller venues and accommodation providers CaptiFi is designed to give venues the same marketing capabilities that large hospitality groups use, without complex infrastructure or technical knowledge. CaptiFi integrates natively with Toast POS, Square, SumUp, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, EmailOctopus, Pepper, Incentivio, Leat, Revinate, Twilio SMS and Salesforce, plus a customer REST API and webhooks. It works with existing UniFi, Omada, Meraki, Cisco, Aruba, MikroTik and Ruckus networks, or ships as a plug-and-play device for venues with no managed hardware. Pricing is published in six currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD) with a 30-day free trial. A white-label partner programme with published wholesale rates is available for MSPs and installers.
