It was easy to use, and it was implemented quickly.

I had slight delays and customer service, although accurate, was also slow.

**What do you like best about Capitol Impact?**

The ease of the system was great.  Running reports was really awesome and the support I got was really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Capitol Impact?**

There wasn't much I didn't like about - it was easy and I knew the system well

**What problems is Capitol Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved to TCP we no longer use Capitol Impact - nothing on my end was wrong with it though - just a business move for our central office.
