It's the best tool I've ever used for tracking the customer lifecycle data in retail. It's very user-friendly and intuitive to use and track the journey of a customer in a retail chain. Not just the data management is best but also making any dynamic change in the tool is very easy and fast. With loyalty+ we are solving the problem of business by proper marketing campaigns which is made successful with proper implementation of voucher or points allocation to customer, thus it makes the campaign successful with its ease of implementation.
