Capifiq Reviews & Product Details

Capifiq is a secure online interviewing platform designed to bring the integrity employers expect from in-person interviews to online hiring. Interviews take place on Capifiq, bringing live video, collaborative interview tools, captions, Capifiq ID verification, integrity protections, and a reviewable session record into one purpose-built environment. Capifiq uses physics-based analysis of covered system and environment activity rather than relying on a fixed list of known tool names. This helps surface integrity-relevant activity associated with hidden AI assistance, remote-control activity, virtualized environments, display changes, and new, renamed, private, or forked tools when the covered activity remains observable. Separately labeled media-authenticity signals and timestamped evidence support human review. Capifiq supports interviews across roles and departments. People conduct and evaluate the interview and make the hiring decision. Capifiq does not grade answers, produce candidate or cheating scores, rank applicants, recommend employment outcomes, or automatically reject candidates.
