What do you like best about CampDoc?

"The support staff is incredibly helpful but it is inconvenient to need them in order to make changes"

What do you like best about CampDoc?

The support staff is very helpful when it comes to helping our staff and participants with questions or concerns. Oddly, I love that their primary color is green because our participants also associate us with the color green. Our participants feel as if they know they are in the correct place. What do you dislike about CampDoc?

I do not like that we have to go through the CampDoc staff to make any changes to our registration/Health Profile. Last year we had an issue in the middle of season, and we needed to change our health profile quickly. I would have been able to make this change instantly had I had access to do so. We have looked at other systems that allow full control of the camp's registration process, and I found this incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CampDoc?

CampDoc is a platform that best serves our medical camp because the integrations are easy for our staff to use, our volunteers to use, and our cardiologists to use. What do you dislike about CampDoc?

"Easy access to camper and staff data, past and present"

What do you like best about CampDoc?

The list-builder function allows for sorting the data in infinite variations to find groups of campers/staff. When I found something I had overlooked in setting up for our launch, they were able to fix it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mary Beth thanks so much for 5-star rating. The historical data often comes up as a favorite feature. I recently spoke with the Director of a burn camp and she uses it to connect with formers campers and invite them to speak with current ones who are struggling. Hope you have a great camp season!

"Makes Work So Much Easier!"

What do you like best about CampDoc?

My favorite part of CampDocs is the ability to curate lists for any grouping I may need. It helps me with attendence, bus lists, health concerns-I am in this platform constantly while camp is in session, and it's still useful in the offseason! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CampDoc?

"Great camp registration platform"

What do you like best about CampDoc?

This is a very thorough registration platform. Once we had everything set up, I am able to register our campers, pull reports, send out communication and easily manage our participants and data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CampDoc?

It is necessary, but the setup process is cumbersome. I don't love the fact that I have to add changes to a document. I would prefer to make the changes directly to the registration form but I am not sure if that is even possible. The support team does what they can to help me through it.
