Easily organizes camp groups and makes accessing information quick and easy for camp personnel. Campdoc staff are easy to contact and quick to find solutions. Making sure our health forms made sense and were easy to read was a breeze. We do registration in a different platform, and paying for the Importer Tool has made uploads so much simpler. We used the software every day for camps, and often there were very few hiccups. Some features could be frustrating and inconsistent: the Notes feature we stopped using because of restrictions (which type of Note was entered or when it was entered), and we wish Trusted Contacts had a few more features to make it more user friendly. We dislike the setup process and how we have to go through a specialist to adjust the medical forms. We wish we just just edit the pages ourselves and then just have the internal review look it over and make sure it's all good. I think it would save a lot of time and effort. The support staff is very helpful when it comes to helping our staff and participants with questions or concerns. I do not like that we have to go through the CampDoc staff to make any changes to our registration/Health Profile. Last year we had an issue in the middle of season, and we needed to change our health profile quickly. I would have been able to make this change instantly had I had access to do so.
