Camelot is a Benefit Corporation that offers a digital platform for organizing secure, certified, and legally recognized voting and meetings, whether in person, online, or in a hybrid format. Thanks to an intuitive interface accessible from any device (PC, tablet, smartphone), it allows organizations of all kinds—associations, companies, unions, condominiums, schools, universities, professional associations, federations, and public administrations—to easily manage all stages of the decision-making process: from convening the meeting to voting, to recording and archiving the results. With Camelot, you can manage personal data and roles in an advanced way, convene participants with unique access, differentiate roles and permissions, activate simultaneous voting with different rules and lists, detect attendance, calculate quorum, moderate and record the meeting, generate detailed and certified reports, with automatic counting and tracking of operations. The platform is GDPR compliant and equipped with end-to-end encryption, separation between identity and voting, verifiable logs, and highly resilient cloud infrastructure. It is available in SaaS mode (for autonomous management of voting and meetings) or Full Service mode (with full team support). Alongside the voting and assembly system, it has developed the Camelot for Debate educational platform, which uses AI to analyze arguments, refutations, and cognitive biases in regulated debates, with the aim of stimulating civic debate, critical thinking, and decision-making. Camelot has received numerous awards, including the America Innovation Award 2023, the ENEA–Enterprise Europe Network Award 2023, and the Olivetti Award for Innovative and Responsible Business 2025.
