My suggestion is to over-communicate during onboarding so they can fully grasp your culture, goals, and expectations. What do you like best about Kanerika?

I like that they actually listened to what we were dealing with. flikshop has a lot of moving parts with sending photos and messages and we had data in so many places. they came in and just made it all talk to each other better. feels like they cared about the mission too which meant a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They just get the chaos of dealing with lots of numbers. in our case it’s estimates, bids, costs all over the place. they figured out how to organize it so we’re not second guessing the info. i like that they don’t overcomplicate stuff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only thing i will say is sometimes the setup took longer than i expected. not terrible but when you are in the middle of jobs every day even a week feels long Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They didn’t waste time. first call they already had ideas on how to clean up the reporting mess we had. their team feels super sharp but also easy to talk to. they got our data actually flowing the right way between apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes i get a lot of “tech talk” in emails that i gotta ask them to simplify. they do explain it when i ask but i rather just plain language from the start Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kanerika?

they move fast and just get stuff done. our requests were all over the place but they listened. good at building custom apps and they know microsoft crm and business central. the team talks like normal people, not tech robots. they picked up our needs quick and kept sending updates so we knew things were moving.
