**What do you like best about Caller ID Reputation?**

I really like the ability to see how my phone looks to the customer for each of the carriers, and the feature to submit remediation directly through the website to the carriers. This makes it quick and easy to keep things moving forward, and any assistant can do this in just a few minutes a day to ensure compliance and maintain clean calls. Also, I appreciate the add-on feature that lets me upload phone numbers to identify which ones are on potential litigators' and DNC lists. It's definitely worth the small cost. Additionally, knowing exactly which carriers are flagging our numbers helps save time and money by ensuring our calls go through cleanly and look like real phone calls to customers. Overall, it creates efficiency and saves valuable resources.

I appreciate Caller ID Reputation because it helps make sure my caller IDs aren't flagged as spam by the phone carriers, which improves my answer rate and builds trust with my customers. It's hassle-free; they let me know if my caller ID is labeled as spam and have a system to help get the spam label removed. I know immediately when a spam label happens, and I'm able to get it removed quickly. The initial setup was very easy.

I like Caller ID Reputation's clean UI, which I find effective for managing our platform for phone health. The remediation services and phone validation API are helpful, especially the DialRight service that we use in our data pipeline to clean and scrub necessary numbers. It's better than previous methods we've used. The setup was easy, and overall, Caller ID Reputation makes handling the health of our phone numbers much more analytical.

**What do you like best about Caller ID Reputation?**

The ability to know exactly which carrier is flagging our numbers with a quick ability to remediate those flags. It's also a piece of mind knowing that our numbers are being monitored, so no news is good news!

**What do you dislike about Caller ID Reputation?**

At times the flags feel glitchy. I've had some false positives and false negatives, but it's rare. Also, the AT&T carrier doesn't give the full warm fuzzies that the other carriers do as it's labeled "Smart Call".
The pricing model could also use a little flexibility as it's a hard set 50 block of numbers to increase/decrease.

Our overall connection rate in our call center has improved by 10% since implementation and continues to climb.

I love the customer service with Caller ID Reputation, it's great. I also like the User Interface on the platform. We use it with FrontSpin and find it incredibly useful. The initial setup was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Caller ID Reputation?**

It seems like scans are delayed at times. We call ourselves and see that we are labeled spam but Caller ID Reputation might say we are clean of the label. Sometimes the opposite is true, where Caller ID Reputation will tell us we are spam but when we call ourselves we are clean. Having a real-time solution would be incredible, but I'm not sure it is feasible.

I use Caller ID Reputation to monitor and protect my numbers' health, identify spam labels, and help remediate with carriers.

From time to time we run into false positives. We are advised we were flagged, but when we remediate with the carrier they say we are not.

I am extremely disappointed with Caller ID Reputation. Their customer service is terrible, which affects my experience significantly. They do not seem to offer any benefit to me at this point. I constantly email their customer service, but I never receive a response, leaving my issues unresolved. If I were to consider using their service again, it would have to be free because I see no value in their current offering.

I love that we were able to immediately see the health of our phone numbers we use for sales and lead nurturing and we had the tools and resources to remediate the issues right away. We have one client with two locations and two numbers. One was doing great while the other people weren't answering. After scanning all of our numbers, we saw that the one that wasn't doing great was flagged as scam likely. We contacted the carriers right away and now the number is clean and we're gettig pick ups.

I haven't found anything I dislike about this software up to now. But if I do, I will share with Ricky who was super helpful and did a phenomenal job helping us onboard.

Caller ID Reputation is highly accurate.  Our outbound numbers were constantly showing up as 'spam likely' and it showed  in our answer rate.  Having this tool gives you peace of mind knowing that your marketing dollars and time are not spent in vain.  This service pays for itself and then some. Key tool in our software stack. Highly recommend.

The only downside is that you have to manually remediate the numbers with each carrier when it gets flagged.  BUT for a little more money they will actually do all of that for you so it's fully hands off. Monitoring and Remediation.

The easy of use of the program and their quick respone to any questions that you have.  From the first call I had with the to helping me setup the account and adding the phone numbers.  Other companies I filled out web forms on I never heard back from them.  I heard from Ricky at the company same day of filling out their form.  Jumped on a call walked through the program and signed up the next day.

There is nothing I dislike about the comapny.

Our sales team makes cold calls daily and without us knowing some of our phone numbers would get marked as SPAM.  This was lowering our connections on calls and we wouldnt know until one of our customers would say hey your phone number is showing as SPAM.

**What do you like best about Caller ID Reputation?**

I love how easy it is. I was told about the service from a co-worker and was asked to look into it. It was ginuinely a few clicks and I was already testing numbers and monitoring reputation. Our contact rate skyrocketed because CIDR's team is quick to remediate numbers. The only bottleneck is the Carrier's response.

It is 100% worth going for the package where they handle the remediation for you. I barely have to lift a finger and they are real professionals.

In addition, if you are a developer like me, the API has excellent, clear instructions and I was able to write a script in an afternoon to get all phones and add/remove phones.

Customer support is top notch as well. Jake, the guy I usually deal with, has literally let a chat session open for hours until I got the answer I was looking for. They really go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Caller ID Reputation?**

The main gripe that I have with the software is the slot limitations. I understand it from a programatic standpoint but still. Lets say you have 150 slots on your account and you add 50 numbers to the system. Those 50 numbers, or slots, will not fall off until your next billing cycle if you delete them midway through. So piggybacking off the previous example, let's say your executive team says "Trash all the numbers, they are garbage, we need 150 new numbers like yesterday". You would have to tell them they are SOL until the 24th when the bill get's paid, but you can still add 100. There are very rare exceptions to this but it is pretty much only if you are in a bind and didn't already know how it works or if you are testing an API.

The other thing that I am not super keen on is the user interface for most things. Like not being able to organize my Call Groups alphebetically is kind of ass and the fact that you can't change the column layout of the Manage Numbers section to see the ids and such. It would just make the system more readable in general. There are also no like CSV report exports that I have been able to find. The only way I was able to fetch a report was to write an Apps Script on a Google Sheet that fetches the data from their Get All API.

If you like simple then CIDR has got you covered. The interface is functional, no doubt, but me being an admin and developer I would love to see some more QoL features.

We opperate a Call Center and we constantly have problems with spam flags. That and there was no effective way to see if we were FCC compliant with all of the new rules they have put in place over the last few years. CIDR has elemenated those two issues entirely to the point where I don't even have to think about it anymore.

I really enjoy how easily it is to identify different carriers or apps that flag our numbers.

The speed at which action is taken. We have been using Caller ID reputation for a few weeks now and still have the same numbers flagged by third party apps.

It is helping our organization remove any unwanted tagging on our TFNs and DIDs. While we are still not completley clear on all of our numbers we do see improvment in RCP and connect rates when the negative flag is removed.

The service allows us to monitor our phone numbers in a way we couldn't before. The service has always been fast, attentive, and thorough.

There's nothing we dislike - it's a very good product supported by quality staff.

Sometimes our phone numbers get incorrectly marked as spam; Caller ID Reputation gives us the means to correct these issues.

Caller ID is a must in today's world to see who is calling and from where.  Personally I get so many calls that are scams or just BS calls that waste time so Caller ID is certainly a Must Have for my everyday life

**What do you dislike about Caller ID Reputation?**

I don't think this is an issue with CALLER ID but I wish there was a way to flag the calls that come in as SCAMS so that they can never call again. Obviously, you can block them but there must be an easier way.

Only picking up the phone that are either local or not labeled as a SCAM LIKELY

The level of service we subscribe to allows for the monitoring of flagging, and the flagged numbers are automatically cleared (attestation).

Seems costly, but is a great timesaver and dashboard.

Caller ID Reputation minimizes SPAM designation on outbound calls for the 50 numbers we have listed with them.  This has boosted our call completion rate.

Excellent system, helped me a lot to understand how consumers see our lines. 
People are very helpful and professional.

We needed to register our lines with several agencies, i would expect the service to include this registration.

Helped us to know which lines are flagged and by who and then instructed us how to unflag the lines by registering them under our company.

**What do you like best about Caller ID Reputation?**

Caller ID Reputation has done what they have promised.  They have provided a solid service, have fixed a few small bugs, and even added features in the few short months we have been using them.  They are responsive to feedback.  After having an evening emergency with one of our Caller ID numbers being blocked by multiple carriers, we have been able to more effectively and proactively manage our Caller ID inventory using this tool.

**What do you dislike about Caller ID Reputation?**

A little more API exposure would be nice when using external providers for Caller ID, but it is still fully functional the way that it currently is.

It is a great way to manage Caller ID and understand the reputation of the numbers you use.

I tried them out for my call center and got value from day 1. I had no idea that one of our numbers were used by spammers before. It flagged it immediately and saved us a lot of headaches. On top of this, it even showed me a recording / proof of which one was flagged.. that help me understand this better as well.
From what I have seen thus far - well worth it.

Nothing yet - because I haven't used it for all possible features/functionality yet..

See above - it worked well for me in the healthcare industry.. hopefully it helps you as well

see above.. I needed to know whether the calls we were making to our patients were going through or not.. or whether they were being ignore for "spam likely".. these are calls for appointment reminders, no shows etc .. and stupidly enough, some are flagged as spam. This software helped a ton.
