
I love the customer service with Caller ID Reputation, it's great. I also like the User Interface on the platform. We use it with FrontSpin and find it incredibly useful. The initial setup was very easy for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems like scans are delayed at times. We call ourselves and see that we are labeled spam but Caller ID Reputation might say we are clean of the label. Sometimes the opposite is true, where Caller ID Reputation will tell us we are spam but when we call ourselves we are clean. Having a real-time solution would be incredible, but I'm not sure it is feasible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our scans are as quick as we can run them, which is why we market ourselves as "continuous" monitoring. It just isn't possible to scan at that level with the capacity we have at this time, but we do strive to scan and update as regularly as we can!
