"Effective Spam Monitoring with Stellar Customer Service"
What do you like best about Caller ID Reputation?

I love the customer service with Caller ID Reputation, it's great. I also like the User Interface on the platform. We use it with FrontSpin and find it incredibly useful. The initial setup was very easy for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caller ID Reputation?

It seems like scans are delayed at times. We call ourselves and see that we are labeled spam but Caller ID Reputation might say we are clean of the label. Sometimes the opposite is true, where Caller ID Reputation will tell us we are spam but when we call ourselves we are clean. Having a real-time solution would be incredible, but I'm not sure it is feasible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're glad to see that your onboarding and customer service experience has been speedy and satisfying. That's our goal here at CIDR. And also, if you like our UI, we've got something great coming out in the next few months that you may love.

Our scans are as quick as we can run them, which is why we market ourselves as "continuous" monitoring. It just isn't possible to scan at that level with the capacity we have at this time, but we do strive to scan and update as regularly as we can! Thank you for understanding and this feedback will be shared with our team.

What do you like best about Caller ID Reputation?

What do you dislike about Caller ID Reputation?

I am extremely disappointed with Caller ID Reputation. Their customer service is terrible, which affects my experience significantly. They do not seem to offer any benefit to me at this point. I constantly email their customer service, but I never receive a response, leaving my issues unresolved. If I were to consider using their service again, it would have to be free because I see no value in their current offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite the late response here, rest assured that we've raised a major internal issue with your review since November. And although we privately addressed your concerns, we also feel it is important to acknowledge and respond publicly.

Here at CIDR, we run on a small team, and things may fall through the cracks. The lack of response is unacceptable, and we've made improvements to our processes to address it.

Ultimately, we also want to thank you for sharing this review so we can update how we handle things here to ensure no other customer has this experience.
