**What do you like best about CallCloud?**

I can confidently say that CallCloud has been instrumental in my success. When I started, reaching 75 dials a day was a challenge. Now, I consistently make 300+ dials and book 3+ meetings daily.

The impact of CallCloud on my productivity has been remarkable. By eliminating the 3-4 clicks needed to log and complete each call, it significantly reduces dial fatigue. This seemingly small change adds up, allowing me to maintain focus and energy throughout longer dial sessions.

CallCloud has transformed my approach to outbound calling. It's not just about making more dials; it's about maintaining quality interactions throughout the day. For SDRs looking to boost their performance, I highly recommend giving CallCloud a try.

I honestly have no negative feedback on the product.

**What do you like best about CallCloud?**

Very simple to use and was to setup. A lightweight and no-frills dialer that just works as advertised. I use it daily as a BDR on Salesloft and was able to integrate it myself without Sales Ops support with just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about CallCloud?**

Can't really think of any downsides. I guess it can get buggy every once in a while but that's probably like once per quarter. They usually know what the issue is and will communicate often via email until it's fixed.

**What problems is CallCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving a ton of clicks by automating call steps and call dispositions. Still use manual dials when necessary but sometimes I just know the pitch (or testing new messaging) and want to go through a high volume of calls/touches.

-The ease of use surpasses other dialers I’ve used.
- I love the fact that it integrates seamlessly with the Salloft UI.
-Overall, CallCloud has boosted my productivity, enabled me to have more conversations, and helped me book more meetings.

Nothing to dislike at this point, it's everything I've been looking for in a dialer.
