**What do you like best about Call Commando?**

Seemless dialing to increase productivity

**What do you dislike about Call Commando?**

There was no way to separate customers into unique buckets for each call center rep, so they all dialed the same group of people. Sometimes the auto-dialer would come into the queue to dial the same customer in a very close period of time.

**What problems is Call Commando solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer use this software, but we used it in the past to increase the amount of dials and contacts our reps could make

**What do you like best about Call Commando?**

The best thing i liked about the Call Commando Review is that it have cloud based deployment and due to this the ui is mich easy to understand and to work upon.

**What do you dislike about Call Commando?**

The main thing i dislike about the Call Commando Review is that it is only supported on web app and windows due to which it is not possible to use in other operating systems.

**What problems is Call Commando solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it is solving is that it mainly benefited to sme's , startup and agency to fetch things and manage the calls easily and hence for the same it can be also used in call centre
