**What do you like best about Portage Communications?**

Hands down one of the best Call Center companies in the business. 

**What do you dislike about Portage Communications?**

Honestly, there is nothing I can say that is bad about this company.

**What problems is Portage Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a little under 1000 employees an efficient Call Center Design is a must.   With multiple calls going out and coming in we need a company who is reliable and on top of it.  With Call Center Design we have that.  We never have dropped calls or static.  Customer service is superb.
